I don´t even know how Khan is able to walk into the ring with Canelo. I think his people haven´t shown the Kirkland demolition...

Oh come on, it's completely different - Kirkland was a guy with a decent punch but a pretty poor chin, whereas Kha...oh.

I still think Khan could possibly win with a stick-and-move strategy, but it relies on him staying out of range and I'm not sure he can do that, and if Canelo hits him it's over.

And how the hell did Khan make 155? What have they been feeding him?

Despite the finish, Khan is getting way more respect from me than Canelo.

He went up 8 pounds while Canelo continues to fight at his own made up weight class. And despite the whole bravado interview here's what I just read...

Yahoo Sports has learned that Golden Boy has reached an agreement with Roc Nation Sports, Cotto’s promoter, they had about the pay split over the November bout with Alvarez. It is not finalized, but Golden Boy and Roc Nation are moving toward a rematch later this year. That leaves Golovkin on the outside again. WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman said the winner would have to fight Golovkin next or be stripped, but the belt is a small trinket compared to the prize of a mega-fight.

As Gav mentioned above Khan's only real option was to stick and move, make Alvarez miss and he was having success for the most part, although even his flurries and power shots weren't exactly on the mark.

Perfectly timed shot caught him right on the weak spot though and it was a brutal one!!

I thought Khan boxed well early but that was expected. Always had the feel of just a matter of time. Was a sensational end in the 6th.

Curtis Stevens did a great job on against undefeated Patrick Teixeira. Stevens looked busy and hits mighty hard - the Brazilian hadn't experienced anything like it in his previous fights.

David Lemieux vs Glen Tapia went as expected - Tapia just outgunned and unable to fire much back.

Pretty much as expected. Khan starts fast, Canelo takes his time getting into the fight, Khan starts to tire, gets caught, Goodnight Vienna.

Credit to Khan, he stepped up, gave it a good go, but came up short, no shame in that.

If Khan had been able to learn how to defend properly (parrying with gloves, slipping shots with head movement) at an early age he could have been great. Instead, he only knows how to avoid punches by jumping away and being on the opposite side of the ring. The moment he gets caught in the pocket he gets tagged so easily. Decent efoort in this fight but it ended the way we all thought it would when the fight was initially signed

The issue is it was signed? Not khans fault for taking it. Canelo side fault for offering it.
